Payment
Full payment is required at booking to reserve the Client’s date and time. All mini-session payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Mini-sessions are limited and cannot be rescheduled for personal conflicts except at the Photographer’s discretion. In the event of inclement weather, the Photographer will provide a rescheduled date.
If the Client can no longer attend, the session may be transferred to another person or family for the same date and time. The Photographer must be notified in writing at least 24 hours prior, and the new Client must sign this Agreement.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Mini-sessions are scheduled back-to-back and cannot be extended due to late arrival. Arriving late will reduce the Client’s photography time. No-shows forfeit the session and all monies paid.

Children & Cooperation
The Photographer will make every effort to create a fun, relaxed experience; however, specific poses, expressions, or images cannot be guaranteed. Sessions will not be refunded or repeated due to a child’s unwillingness to participate.

Photographer’s Inability to Perform
If the Photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, all monies paid will be refunded, with no further liability.

Images & Selection
The Client will receive an online gallery from which they may select 15 professionally edited, high-resolution images for download. Additional images or the complete gallery may be available for purchase.

Editing & Creative Control
The Photographer retains creative control over image selection and editing. RAW or unedited files are not provided. Specific images, poses, or quantities beyond those included are not guaranteed.

Copyright & Personal Use
All photographs remain the copyright of the Photographer. The Client receives personal-use rights to download, print, and share purchased images but may not sell, alter, or use them commercially without written permission.

Location, Pets & Safety
The Client agrees to follow all rules of the session location and assumes responsibility for themselves, their children, pets, and personal belongings. Pets must remain under the Client’s control at all times. The Photographer is not responsible for injuries or damages except to the extent caused by the Photographer’s negligence.

Digital Files
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their final images after delivery. Long-term gallery hosting or archival of files is not guaranteed.

Client Release
Unless the Client notifies the Photographer in writing prior to the session, the Client grants permission for images to be used in the Photographer’s portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials. Images will never be sold to third parties without written consent.
