Payment:
The full mini-session rate is required at the time of booking and is considered the retainer. No date or time will be reserved until full payment is received. This retainer is non-refundable and will be applied toward the service to be rendered.

Cancellation:
The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation must be submitted in writing, even if a phone call is made to inform the Photographer.
In the event of inclement weather, mini-sessions will be rescheduled by the Photographer. Mini-sessions are limited and cannot be rescheduled for any other reason, except at the Photographer’s sole discretion.
If the Client can no longer use their reserved mini-session, they may transfer it to another person/family only for the same date and time. The Photographer must be notified in writing at least 24 hours prior, and the new participant must sign this Agreement prior to the session.

Photographer’s Inability to Perform:
If the Photographer is unable to perform the session due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstance beyond their control, the Photographer will reschedule the session at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, all monies paid (including the retainer) will be refunded, and the Photographer shall have no further liability.

Client Release:
Unless otherwise notified in writing by the Client prior to the session, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, and other promotional purposes. The Photographer will never sell images to third parties without the Client’s written consent.
